We give away free (physical) badges after participation. The events are free (gratis) but require registration. The cultural institutions provide space and refreshments. New Wiki Labs Kultur events have been schedule for 2025. The Wiki Labs Kultur event in August 2024 on the National Gallery of Denmark coincided with ''SMK Fridays'', that is a special event at that gallery with art, talks, music and drinks. The editathon took place in the hallway, meaning that SMK Fridays participants that knew nothing of Wiki Labs Kultur could come and exerience an editathon and get information about Wikipedia.
