&lt;translate&gt;&lt;!--T:10--&gt; მიმდინარე ეს პოლიტიკა არ არის „ფონდ ვიკიმედიის“ მიერ შემუშავებული „გლობალური ბლოკირების პოლიტიკის“ და ვიკიმედიის საზოგადოების პოლიტიკის „გლობალური ბლოკირების“ ზუსტი ანალოგი. ასევე, ამ პოლიტიკის მიხედვით არ ხდება ვიკიმედიის პროექტებში პირის ბლოკირება, თუ ეს პოლიტიკა შეეხო კონკრეტულ პირს.&lt;/translate&gt;

&lt;translate&gt;&lt;!--T:12--&gt; „ვიკიმედია საქართველოს“ სურს, რომ უზრუნველყოს უსაფრთხოება, ნდობა და კეთილგანწყობა თავის პროგრამებში, პროექტებსა და ღონისძიებებში ყველას მხრიდან. ორგანიზაციის მიზანია მონაწილეების ფიზიკური, ფსიქოლოგიური, ემოციური და ინფორმაციული უსაფრთხოების უზრუნველყოფა და შესაბამისი გარანტიის მიცემა ყველასთვის.&lt;/translate&gt;

შემდეგი მიზეზები შეიძლება გახდეს კონკრეტული პირის „ვიკიმედია საქართველოს“ არასასურველ პირთა სიაში შეყვანის:

*პირი თავისი ქმედებებით ხელს უშლის „ვიკიმედია საქართველოს“ საქმიანობას, მუშაობას ან არსებობას;
*პირი თავისი ქმედებებით არღვევს „ვიკიმედია საქართველოს“ წესდებას, ბრძანებებს და გადაწყვეტილებებს;
*პირი თავისი ქმედებებით საფრთხეს უქმნის „ვიკიმედია საქართველოს“ და მის წევრებს ან ვიკიმედიის საზოგადოებას;
*პირი ემხრობა საომარ მოქმედებეს, ომს და სამხედრო/სამოქალაქო კონფლიქტებს, რაც იწვევს ადამიანთა სიკვდილს/ტკივილს ან სხვა სახის განცდებს;
*პირი ემხრობა ან მხარს უჭერს ისეთი ქვეყნების პოლიტიკას/მოქმედებებს, რომლებიც ხელს უშლიან თავისუფალი ცოდნის გავრცელების იდეას და ბლოკავენ ვიკიმედიის პროექტებსა და მოძრაობას (მაგ., რუსეთი, ჩინეთი, ირანი, საუდის არაბეთი, ჩრდილოეთი კორეა, ვენესუელა და ა.შ.);
*პირი ონლაინ ან პირისპირ სივრცეში ემუქრება სხვებს, მათ შორის ვიკიმედიის საზოგადოების წევრებს;
*პირი, რომელიც „ფონდ ვიკიმედიის“ და ვიკიმედიის საზოგადოების მიერ „გლობალური ბლოკირების პოლიტიკის“ შესაბამისად დაბლოკილია.&lt;/translate&gt;

&lt;translate&gt;&lt;!--T:28--&gt; „ვიკიმედია საქართველოს“ არასასურველ პირთა სიაში კონკრეტული პირის შეყვანის შესახება გადაწყვეტილებას იღებს ორგანიზაციის სამეურვეო საბჭო. ამავე დროს, ორგანიზაციის „საერთო ფორუმი“ უფლებამოსილია ორგანიზაციის სამეურვეო საბჭოს გადაწყვეტილება კონკრეტული პირის სიაში შეყვანის შესახებ გააუქმოს, ფორუმის დამსწრე წევრთა ხმათა უმრავლესობით.&lt;/translate&gt;

&lt;translate&gt;&lt;!--T:24--&gt; „ვიკიმედია საქართველოს“ არასასურველ პირთა სიაში მოხვედრილმა კონკრეტულმა პირმა შეიძლება გაასაჩივროს ორგანიზაციის სამეურვეო საბჭოს გადაწყვეტილება თვით სამეურვეო საბჭოში, როგორც პირველ ინსტანციაში. საჩივრის დაუკმაყოფილების შემთხვევაში, კონკრეტულ პირს შეუძლია სამეურვეო საბჭოს გადაწყვეტილება ზემდგომ და ბოლო ინსტანციაში გაასაჩივროს, ამ შემთხვევაში „ვიკიმედია საქართველოს“ საერთო ფორუმში. Ორგანიზაციის საერთო ფორუმის გადაწყვეტილება საბოლოაა და არ ექვემდებარება გასაჩივრებას.&lt;/translate&gt;

„ვიკიმედია საქართველოს“ სურს, რომ უზრუნველყოს უსაფრთხოება, ნდობა და კეთილგანწყობა თავის პროგრამებში, პროექტებსა და ღონისძიებებში ყველას მხრიდან. ორგანიზაციის მიზანია მონაწილეების ფიზიკური, ფსიქოლოგიური, ემოციური და ინფორმაციული უსაფრთხოების უზრუნველყოფა და შესაბამისი გარანტიის მიცემა ყველასთვის.

უსაფრთხოების, ნდობის და კეთილგანწყობის უზრუნველყოფა საშუალებას მისცემს ორგანიზაციას მაქსიმალურად ჩართოს და განავითაროს ვიკიმედიის პროექტები ქართულ ენაზე და ვიკიმედიის მოძრაობა საქართველოში და რეგიონში.

== კრიტერიები == 
შემდეგი მიზეზები შეიძლება გახდეს კონკრეტული პირის „ვიკიმედია საქართველოს“ არასასურველ პირთა სიაში შეყვანის:

*პირი თავისი ქმედებებით ხელს უშლის „ვიკიმედია საქართველოს“ საქმიანობას, მუშაობას ან არსებობას;
*პირი თავისი ქმედებებით არღვევს „ვიკიმედია საქართველოს“ წესდებას, ბრძანებებს და გადაწყვეტილებებს;
*პირი თავისი ქმედებებით საფრთხეს უქმნის „ვიკიმედია საქართველოს“ და მის წევრებს ან ვიკიმედიის საზოგადოებას;

*პირი ონლაინ ან პირისპირ სივრცეში ემუქრება სხვებს, მათ შორის ვიკიმედიის საზოგადოების წევრებს;
*პირი, რომელიც „ფონდ ვიკიმედიის“ და ვიკიმედიის საზოგადოების მიერ „გლობალური ბლოკირების პოლიტიკის“ შესაბამისად დაბლოკილია.

== აკრძალვა ==
პირს „ვიკიმედია საქართველოს“ არასასურველ პირთა სიაში შეყვანის შემდეგ ეკრძალება:

*„ვიკიმედია საქართველოს“ პროგრამებში, პროექტებში, კონკურსებსა და ღონისძიებებში (შეხვედრები, კონფერენციები, ბანაკები და ა.შ.) მონაწილეობა/დასწრება;
*„ვიკიმედია საქართველოს“ წევრობა;
*„ვიკიმედია საქართველოს“ დასაქმება;
*„ვიკიმედია საქართველოს“ თანაორგანიზატორად რეგისტრირებულ ღონისძიებებზე მონაწილეობა;

* „ვიკიმედია საქართველო“ კონკურსში მიღებული ქულების რაოდენობით (შესაბამისი კვოტების მიხედვით) გამარჯვებულ მონაწილეებს წაიყვანს ვიკიმედია საქართველოს მიერ ორგანიზებულ ვიკიბანაკში, რომელიც გაიმართება ????-ში 2026 წლის 8-12 ივლისს. 
* კლუბების მიხედვით კვოტები ასეთია: სამტრედია — 2; სურამი — 3; ხიდისთავი — 3; კასპი — 3; თბილისი 55 — 4; თბილისი-ქორალი — 4; რუსთავი — 1; კონკურსში მონაწილეები იმარჯვებენ კლუბის ფარგლებში (მაგალითად: თუ სურამის ვიკიკლუბიდან კვირეულში მონაწილეობა მიიღო 6-მა წევრმა, გამარჯვებული იქნება 3 უმაღლესი ქულის მქონე კონკურსანტი, რომელსაც გადაეცემა ბანაკის საგზური); 
* ბანაკის საგზურს მოიპოვებს თითოეული კლუბის შიგნით საუკეთესო შედეგის მქონე მოსწავლე ვიკიმედია საქართველოს განაწილებული კვოტების მიხედვით.
