nórdico y como Thor fue el Dios principal de los pueblos nórdicos, decidí usarlo. Obviamente no era el primero con esa idea, entonces tenía que buscar otro nombre o completer el anterior adjuntándole quizá otro. Decidí entonces añadirle un patronímico, como es hecho en Islandia. Mi padre se llama 'Mauricio', pero he aquí otro problema y es que sería muy largo 'Mauriciosson' (Mauricio-s-son= Hijo de Mauricio), así que decidí sólo tomar las primeras cuatro letras de Mauricio, 'Maur', y luego ponerle la -s de genitivo, y por último -son, 'hijo' '''Thor Maursson'''. Pero no acabándose los problemas, ya había otro usuario con ese nombre, pero yo no quería cambiar mi nombre y sólo le quite una -s. Thor Maurson. Busqué por internet cursos de griego y encontré unas páginas. Pero no conforme con éso busqué cursos de francés; encontré una página con varios cursos de idiomas, uno de ellos el alemán. En aquél año yo tenía una idea errónea de Alemania (debido a las guerras mundiales), y revisé el curso sólo por curiosidad. Poco a poco me enamoré del idioma alemán y ésto propició que investigará acerca de Alemania. Descubrí muchas cosas de Alemania, pero lo que hizo que mi opinión de Alemania cambiase fue que caí en la cuenta de que a pesar de la Primera Guerra Mundial, Alemania se recuperó y se convirtió otra vez en una potencia al poco tiempo. Después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial ocurrió lo mismo. Leer por todo lo que la gente germana pasó gracias a las ambiciones del gobierno alemán, me hizo desde aquél momento respetarla y admirarla. === Inglés === Entonces estaba estudiando alemán, francés y griego (no hablaba en ése entonces el inglés y no me importaba estudiarlo), pero yo jamás supe cómo debía estudiar idiomas, por lo tanto no progresé y me desanimé. Dejé de estudiarlos por un tiempo (1. En la escuela sufría con el inglés, no sabía siquiera los pronombres. Al pasar a tercer grado de secundaria, decidí que mi situación con el inglés debía mejorar. La maestra que nos impartía la materia nos dejó un proyecto voluntario. Se trataba de leer un libro en inglés y hacer una lista de las palabras que dsconociésemos. Como el trabajo era voluntario, lo podíamos entregar cuando quisiéramos. Entonces estudié mucho el inglés y aprendí la gramática básica. Decidí que estaba preparado para llevar a cabo el proyecto de ller un libro en inglés, así que compré el libro Harry Potter and The Order of The Phoenix. Me dí cuenta, en la primera página, que no estaba listo para este tipo de lectura tan avanzada, pero aún así continué. No terminé el primer capítulo y dejé de leerlo, mas la maestra reconoció mi esfuerzo y me dio el punto extra por el proyecto. Aprendí mucho de ésa maestra; yo le custionaba de cosas más avanzadas. Un día pasó que la maestra dejó una tarea de nivel más avanzado, y sólo algunos conseguimos hacerla correctamenta; el enojo de la maestra fue tanto que nos puso como ejemplo a varios compañeros y a mí. Éso me motivó mucho a áprender más palabras en inglés. Siempre que los maestros dejaban alguna tarea yo consultaba la wikipedia en español, pero vi que había más ediciones en otros idiomas y decidí explorar la wikipedia en inglés. Leía artículos acerca de países, geografía, historia, etc. Llegó un momento que sentí que ya había aprendido lo suficiente del inglés como para terminar de leer el libro, mi sorpresa fue que todavía me costaba mucho trabajo, pues a cada renglón habí una o dos palabras desconocidas. Dejé de leerlo. Terminé la secundaria e ingresé a Conalep Tlaquepaque. Ya estaba en tercer semestre. Faltaban aproximadamente 2 o 3 semanas para que la película de Harry Potter y la Orden del Fénix fuese proyectada en los cines. Como soy fan de la historia, me emocioné y motivé, así que decidí terminar lo que ya había empezado: terminar de leer el libro. Como seguía aprendiendo palabras y leyendo de vez en cuando artículos, avancé un poco más rápido que las veces anteriores, mas sin embargo seguía encontrando muchas palabras desconocidas. Por lo anterior, decidí buscar tips de cómo aprender un idioma. Encontré que no es necesario buscar todas las palabras en el diccionario, y que podía valerme de 'Flash Cards' para aprender vocabulario. No indagué más y llevé a cabo lo anterior. Obviamente progresé mucho. Me puse la meta de terminar de leer el libro antes del estreno de la película. Casi lo logré, me faltó leer un capítulo nada más. Aunque no logré mi cometido, me sentía feliz. Desde que terminé de leer el libro, comencé a hablar el inglés más fluidamente. Después me hice del último libro de la serie (ya había leído el sexto, aunque en español), 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows' y el libro 'Eragon', ambos en inglés; los leí sin tantos problemas. Hace poco, a mediados de julio de este año 2008, me hice del libro 'King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table' y ya lo he leído. === Náhuatl === No hablo el náhuatl, pero por supesto que lo haré. Amo mi país y siempre he sentido inclinación a conocer un idioma indígena de mi país, puesto que tengo la creencia que éso es el más preciado tesoro que tenemos los mexicanos: nuestros idiomas. Cuando los conquistadores españoles llegaron a América y conquistaron Tenochtitlan, nos quitaron muchas cosas: oro, tierras, mujeres, edificios, religión, códices, etc., mas nunca lograron quitarnos nuestra identidad ni nuestros idiomas por completo (puesto que en cierta forma casi lo logran haciendo que los indígenas hablaron el español). Admiro a todos los indígenas que continúan hablando su idioma nativo, creo que ellos son, en cierta manera, un tesoro para nuestro país, que desafortunadamente, los mismos mexicanos han ido destruyéndolo con su racismo hacia estos grandiosos pueblos, llamándolos indios y marginándolos, a tal grado que los indígenas han cedido y empiezan por ya no hablar su idioma, cambian sus costumbres y comienzan a vivir como cualquier mexicano, cambiando su vestimenta, olvidando ésas bellas historias y leyendas que sus abuelos les han contado, dejando a un lado todas las maravillas que crean con sus manos, abandonando esos cantos que entonaban antaño. Ahora se preocupan más por su imagen. Yo no quiero que suceda éso, aunque es inevitable que todo se conserve de la misma forma para siempre. Aunque cambien las vestimentas, se dejen de entonar los alegres cantos, se olviden las leyendas y las historias, se dejen de crear artesanías, creo fervientemente que el idioma no se debe abandonar, si los indígenas deciden cambiar su apariencia, lo único que los diferenciará de todos los demás será su idioma, éso es lo que jamás se debe de perder en una cultura.
