From 1976 reach 1977, Dagra work as head of European Department for Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Niamey. For 1980, e join Faculty of Economics and Law for University of Niamey, first as assistant, later e become dean from 1981 reach 1985, and maître-assistant for 1987.
