*:# По топонимам, названиям городов не всегда есть указания в словарях. По некоторым как Вы заметите я менял несколько раз названия потому что находил более часто используемое название. По Нидерландам тоже не нашёл, думаю можно так оставить.
*:# Не тот это алфавит. Используемый в Талышской Википедии разработан и выбран интеллигенцией несколько лет назад, не думаю что для него есть какой-нибудь стандарт ISO. Впервые слышу про такой стандарт, и он не используется, нигде его в использовании не видел. Есть совпадения с нашим алфавитом, но есть и ошибки. Ш = Šš, Ч = Cc, Дж = Čč, Ы = Yy, Й = Jj, Ж = Ž, Əə, и фрикативная Г = Ǧǧ, остальные как в латинском алфавите. Т.е. дополнительные буквы эти с гачеком сверху, а не с иными знаками.

P.S. Тут переключатель шрифтов неправильно работает, когда его включали он был настроен с аз. латиницы переключать на кириллицу, поэтому отличающиеся буквы в современном талышском алфавите он неправильно отражает.
