I was looking at the monthly calendar templates, and noticed that if one clicks the &quot;month forward&quot; arrows from שבט, one gets to אדר ב', not אדר א'. * Comments from Wikipedia editors are positive. The second goal was to see whether the comments that newer editors made using the tool needed to be reverted more frequently than comments newer editors made with the existing wikitext page editor.

The key results were:

* Newer editors who had automatic (&quot;default on&quot;) access to the Reply tool were [https://wikimedia-research.github.io/Reply-tools-analysis-2021/ more likely] to post a comment on a talk page.
* The comments that newer editors made with the Reply Tool were also [https://wikimedia-research.github.io/Reply-tools-analysis-2021/ less likely] to be reverted than the comments that newer editors made with page editing.

These results give the Editing team confidence that the tool is helpful.

The team is planning to make the Reply tool available to everyone as an opt-out preference in the coming months.  This has already happened at the Arabic, Czech, and Hungarian Wikipedias.

The next step is to [[phab:T280599|resolve a technical challenge]]. Then, they will deploy the Reply tool first to the [[phab:T267379|Wikipedias that participated in the study]].  After that, they will deploy it, in stages, to the other Wikipedias and all WMF-hosted wikis.

This newsletter includes two key updates about the [[mw:Special:MyLanguage/Editing team|Editing]] team's work:

The Editing team is nearly finished with this first phase of the [[mw:Special:MyLanguage/Talk_pages_project|Talk pages project]]. Nearly all [[mw:Special:MyLanguage/Talk pages project/Usability|new features]] are available now in the [[Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-betafeatures|Beta Feature for {{int:discussiontools-preference-label}}]].

It will show information about how active a discussion is, such as the date of the most recent comment. There will soon be a new &quot;{{int:skin-action-addsection}}&quot; button. You will be able to turn them off at [[Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-editing-discussion]]. The Editing team is enabling these features for all editors on the mobile site.

I noticed that on [[מעדיעװיקי:Licenses]] there is a line for Creative Commons. But the template [[Creative Commons דערלויבעניש]] does not exist. So files like [[:טעקע:IR2013map.svg]] have a red link.
 
There are 208 files in [[:קאַטעגאָריע:GFDL images]]. Those files may be eligible for a [[:en:Wikipedia:Image license migration]]. 
 
It is easy to fix if you know how and I can do it. But I need a template like [[:en:Template:Cc-by-sa-3.0-migrated]] and since there are more than 200 files it would be good if I can use my bot. Do you think I should ask for a bot flag or should I make the edits without a flag so that users are more likely to notice the change?
 
There are some files at [[באַזונדער:אומבאניצטע_בילדער]] that does not have a license and also some that seems to be unfree. All files need a license per [[:wmf:Resolution:Licensing_policy]]. :I have now created the templates that are needed and made some edits with my bot for a bot flag. But if a local user have a bot and would like to help it would be great. The files should end up in [[:קאַטעגאָריע:Wikipedia license migration candidates]] and all the files should be eligible for a relicense. I also made a list of files also located on Commons in [[באַניצער:MGA73/Sandbox]]. # Make sure all templates mentioned on [[מעדיעװיקי:Licenses]] exist.
# Delete files on [[באַזונדער:אומבאניצטע_בילדער]] without a license or with an unfree license.
# You are ofcourse also welcome to have a look at files in general to see if they have a good source and author and a valid license.

The U4C is the global committee responsible for overseeing enforcement of the [[foundation:Special:MyLanguage/Policy:Universal Code of Conduct|Universal Code of Conduct]]. Elections are held annually, if elected a committee member serves for two years.
